I want to start a business or invest in a business. How do I go about this? I would rather work hard for myself than work for a corporation.

Be careful with your money! There are a lot of people who will "sell" you on an idea, and when they are done, all you will have left is an idea!

You can start a business for less than 50k, but don't expect a fast return. It takes time to grow a business.

A franchise is sometimes better for a more stable return, but then you have to follow their rules.

Figure out what you want to do, spend a lot of time researching it, and then invest.
