NO they can not. I work for this corp. In no state is it legal to do this, however people have used adults other then a parent to pose as guardian and some associates do not ask for identification. |

Chock that one up to another one of Wally- World's idiocracies. Am I suprised? Not a chance! And no, they can't do that. You must, in any state, sign a waiver before having that procedure done. A waiver is a binding contract which a minor cannot enter into without permission of a parent or guardian. |

Wal-mart can do anything lol... but no they definately should not be able too... im starting to dislike Walmart.... i think you should take them to court! |

Absolutely not. I don't care what state you are in. To get your ear's pieced, every store ever requires that you sign an agreement stating that if something goes wrong then they are not liable. This waive is a contract and in no state in the union can a minor sign any legal contract without their parents backing and permission. |

I don't think they're allowed. If you're 12 please don't do it. You will regret it when you get older. There's a reason why they'd want a legal guardian or parent present. |
