If you bought it through ebay then unless the goods were over £150 you are in the same boat as we were and it isnt worth anything to you accept a bad experience.
I have bought goods and when making contact with the sender have been told by them that as far as they were concerned the goods were sent therefore my problem...However having worked for the Post Office for over 20 years I can tell you it is the senders responsibilty to make a claim for missing or unrecieved items..
If you cannot get satisfaction from the vendor contact trading standards, if the goods are sold through an intermediary tell them that you will be reporting them as well...

1. Call the company where you bought the goods, and complain and complain and complain again...get the customer service.Write down all names of everyone you talk or write to.
2. Call you credit card company...and ask for the Dispute Department...of customer service...Put the matter in dispute, and provide proof of what you just said.
3. The credit card company will stop the charges and try to get you a credit.
4. The credit card company will fight and investigate the charges for you after you provide proof to them....they stop the charges if they are not too old.
5. Call your state's Attorney General's office and register a complaint with them.
6. If you keep trying, you will get your money back.
7. Always pay with a credit card, and remember the BANK will fight for your because they want your continued business.
This happens all the time, so never do business with companies that do this....some don't care because they want easy money....turn them in to the Better Business Bureau in the state where they are located, and complain to your State's Attorney General, and use the number on your credit card statement to contact the office and put the matter in dispute....
Don't stop complaining, and tell all your friends that this company did this to you to warn them of bad service. |

If there is any way you can claim your money back that would be through your bank i.e. your credit card company. some cards provides covers please check that with your bank. |

Depends where from. I find a nice polite email informing the seller that you're going to report them to the Compliance Dept of the Inland Revenue in Cardiff usually gets your stuff sorted pretty quick. You can get the full address on their web page. If the seller is running a dodgy business or receiving payments and not sending the stuff out, the last thing they'll want is the IR pulling them apart. |

makes you want to fill their lamps up Beverley but you've been scammed lovey i know you didn't want to hear that but you wont have a chance of stopping a card once its passed its not revoked thats always their ruling.
