The "GG" | Can anyone tell me why UPS would have not delivered my package yet? |
I've been waiting for 3 weeks. I ordered a Zune from Wal Mart that was shipped from the warehouse, to UPS, and I haven't recieved it, nor have I recieved any notices about shippment delays. They have not come and left a notice saying they attempted to deliver either. I have actually been home or had someone waiting at home to recieve it to make sure that didn't happen. The only tracking information they have given me is that the billing information has been recieved. I have already been billed for the item and the item shipping. All I keep getting are automated emails and voice recordings so, I was hoping a real person here might have an answer. Thanks.

I'm sorry, I should have been more clear. I did recieve a tracking number, and I understand that it is the holidays, however I recieved an estimated arrival date that was a week and a half ago, allowing for extra holiday rush time...Every rep (5) I have talked to at Wal Mart said "They are not authorized to give out their store service line to customers, and I would have to call the number on the Website..." |

If the only thing on it is billing info has been received, then Walmart did not give it to the UPS driver. He would scan it, then it would be scanned in the local hub, then every place between there and the destination, then by the destination hub, then by the delivery driver. There's no way it could have missed every one of those scans. This is common with Walmart. You need to call and have them resend. PS - I am a manager with UPS |

Sounds as if your inquiries should be directed to the source--WalMart. Believe me, if UPS picked up the package at the warehouse and had the the correct delivery address, you'd have heard something from them by now. |

You SHOULD have received a tracking number from your seller! Call UPS to ask if they have had a shipment for you and definitely contact the seller. I sell regularly, and ALWAYS provide the tracking number. Something doesn't sound right here. |

if you have a tracking number, try to go to the ups website so that you can see where the package is right now... you may want to double check on the shipping address too.. if it's to vague, chances are they will not be able to locate your house.. |

well, other then the fact that its the christmas season? As well if you want to track it call walmart get teh tracking number go to their website because someone might have stolen it as well. |

it is an imperfect world, call wal-mart directly to speak with someone at a local store, they may be able to help out or give another phone number to headquarters, your package is probably showing as shipped in their computer, but possibly sitting on their warehouse floor, or never pulled, the same scenario may be at UPS, do give up keep hounding, the holidays are almost here! have a good one |
