Yes, but I really don't recommend it. Many women don't fully "grow" their breasts until their twenties. I had though about it when I was 17 and now I have a size 34D. If I had gotten implants, oh man! |

It may be possible but I'd definitely not recommend it. Wait until after turning 18 to decide whether this change is really crucial and necessary.
I would advise you (or the person in question, if it isn't you) to really evaluate the need of having this done. Really question the motives behind driving this decision. |

Yes, they can. But at under 18, you are not considered a "woman." You are a child, and you need parental consent. It is not a good idea to do, because you are not fully developed yet. It is wise to wait until you clear that 18 mark, finish maturing, then go and sign the forms for yourself. |

Yes, of course. And, they do. But this is REal surgery, with real knives, and real blood - and scars. As the article below states, so many young girls who have bad body images don't REalize how serious this all is until sometimes it's too late and they're suffering the effects of silicone poisoning or other psychological issues. Amazingly, there are a lot of 'boobs' who give boobs as birthday and graduation presents. Is this some sort of over-compensation, or just general irresponsible parenting? That's another question and topic for another time. |
