i tend to hold a grudge for a while.....it's difficult to give your trust to someone who has betrayed it in the past...so you have several choices.....forget and never forgive (go on with life and never have contact with the person); forgive and never forget (i'm not sure that is full forgiveness); truly forgive and continue your relationship with the person; or just forget (what was the question again?) |

I forgive sometimes and forget never, especially special moments with a particular person. But i think it is better to forget things...i think we, ladies are bad at it |

Same thing with me. I can forgive but I cannot definitely forget. I will have to keep it in mind so that I can remember the lesson in that experience. |

it depends on what happen
if what happen was just a small mistake I forget easly
if it is even a fight I can forgive and forget it
but if my wife is cheating on me, i don't think i can't forget this although I may forgive her |
