Height controlled by genes. Just feed healthy foods and check with pediatrician about vitamins. |

Hang them by their ankles and strap weights to their wrists. Start with 2lb weights and gradualy increase until you reach the desired results or until their hands hit the floor. Whichever comes first. |

Feed him a good high-protein diet, don't forget plenty of calcium. Then, if he's seriously undersize, you might check with the doctor about hormones. I had a second cousin once who was a dwarf, and it turns out now they can give them hormones to make them grow. I understand there are problems with it, though, so be sure to get all the facts before you have your child undergo the treatment. |

Yes, but the safety of it is not certain.
Human growth hormone can be injected to make a small child grow taller than they otherwise would.
Also, for children who are dwarfs, a controversial procedure can be done to lengthen the bones (using screws and a sort of scaffolding; the screws are turned a little each day and the bones are made longer by this process). |

There are options including human growth hormone treatment. I've also seen on a television program where someone's legs were broken and then reset with some kind of spacer to make them longer. These are pretty extreme measures so most doctors probably won't go for it if the child is just in the "shorter" end of the spectrum. |

Yes. There is a hormone treatment that can be used. My cousin was expected to be shorter than 5', but is now average height. The hormones are given in a shot for several years. |
