get into the Draw feature in your soft ware and import or create your image. Save it. Go back in to your software to select wallpaper and choose browse. Track down the file you just made and select it.

You can make a wallpaper for your computer, like you would make a regular graphic. If you are into graphic design, it's very simple. But, to tell someone who isn't into it, is actually kinda of hard.

Of course! It's as simple as opening a draw program such as Microsoft Paint or Adobe Photoshop and others and drawing the picture you want (or copy and paste the desired picture into there) and then going to the option "set as background". Be sure to save your work first, or else it won't work!
