No but you can get hyponatremia. That's when your sodium and water balance is off. It's just the opposite of dehydration. Too much water not enough sodium. It can kill you just like deydration can. It most often occurs in marathon runners, but I suppose if you really tried you too could get it. |

You can actually change the composition of your blood which could kill you. Also, your lungs can fill up with water and you will die. So the answer is YES!! It happened at frat houses and it is happening more each year. Also, if you do it for hazeing, you can be charged with murder. |

If you drink more than maybe two gallons of water daily, you can die, because your blood becomes too diluted with water. However, two gallons is a lot, and it is a very rare symtom, usually among athletes. So don't worry about it, I'm sure you don't drink that much anyway. Water is good for you, don't get me wrong. |
