Contact you states division of child support enforcement to find out, it is different from state to state. In Virginia a child can be up to the age of 21 and still get support if the child is a college student full time and lives at home with the custodial parent |

No. Once she is 18 she is on her own. No one is responsible for paying anything for her. |

No the child support stops at 18, he could help out with the school costs though. |

IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE CASE. HE MAY HAVE TO PAY BACK CHILD SUPPORT. MY CUOSIN STILL HAS TO PAY FOR CHILD SUPPORT OF HIS DAUGHTER WHO IS 18 YEARS OLD MARRIED AND HAS A BABY. IT ALSO DEPENDS ON THE STATE ALSO. HE STILL GOTTA PAY.
ALSO IF YOU DIDNT KNOW, FINACIAL AID AND ANY OTHER AID YOU GET IS ALL WELFARE ANY WAY. |

I think that you need to check with your local rules about that cause it depends on the area and such. |

I think you may be confusing it with financial aid. Grants and aids are still granted to you if your child is under 22 and still a dependant of yours. |

no, you can't. you shouldn't. it isn't right, because once you are 18, you are an adult who is fully capable of taking care of yourself, and no longer a child. |

It depends upon the state in which you live.
in New York State you can receive child support until the child reaches 21. |
