As long as you have over 50% of the original bill, yes, you can take it back and get a new one. If you have less than 50% of the bill, they won't give you a new one because you could then technically just rip your money in half and double your cash flow. :) |

Sorry, but NO, you cannot return it. The bill (any denomination) must have BOTH serial numbers in tact, as well as you cannot be missing the corners of the bill. |
