normallly i can't sleep with my socks on, it drives me crazy. but in the winter, my room gets so cold that i can't help but wear them. i think my feet feel almost dirty when i wear socks to bed |

I cant sleep without socks. I will get up at around 3 and go get some socks. Call me weird but I can't turn off the fan off either. |

your feet regulate your body temp. If the room is cold then the socks will keep you warmer, but if your feet sweat then you will feel dirty. Also may need to change the style of sock, 100% cotton is best for sleeping in. I can't wear socks or shirts, both make me feel too hot, but when you are tired enough, you don't notice. |
