If you are looking for a serious answer and this is not meant as a joke question then I would suggest you go with your own name. People want a plumber they can trust. They are more likely to phone up someone who they believe takes a pride in their work and will be held accountable, someone who knows their work is good enough to put their name to it rather than a nameless worker or cute title.
