My opinion is that you don't send him any photo. He is already fuming you lost his orders. Let him call you.

Your letter sounds, childish, informally conversational, grammatically incorrect and just plain unprofessional.


Do your own work and rewrite it yourself or you'll never learn decent english. People who rewrite it for you in here are only enabling your short-comings.
