unfortunately there isn't a "cure" but there are some things you can do that will help. Like if your feet are sweaty alot....sprinkle either gold bond powder OR regular baby powder into your shoes...this acts more or less like a deoderant for your feet. Yes, wash them....make sure you don't have any underlying fungus in your toenails, that can sometimes emitt an odor. Yeah, but the baby powder works....keeps them from sweating as bad, and makes them smell better!!! I have also heard of people using regular deoderant sticks or spray on their feet too....sounds like it would work!! |

Along with the washing and foot powder. DRINK MORE WATER. Your body sweats to get the poisons out of your body. The impurities are coming out of your pores and with your feet being covered most your not getting any air to them. Also, think about getting a pedicure as well. This will remove dead skin cells that also may cause odor and bacteria to grow on your feet. |
