Drink a couple gatorade and some water during the day. That really helps with the hang over. Eat cheese and crackers. Bananas too. I don't know why it helps. It just does.
To prevent it next time, try to have a gatorade before going to bed. Also take some asprin. Repeat in the morning. It'll make a big difference. If you get up to go pee in the middle of the night, drink some water or more gatorade.
