Yes, sort of. The teeth themselves were not made of wood, but the appliance that held them were. They were very uncomfortable which is why there are very few if any pictures of him smiling. |

A forensic anthropologist from the University of Pittsburgh came to the dental museum, which is affiliated with the Smithsonian Institution, to supervise laser scans on one of the four known sets of Washington's dentures. The dentures are made from gold, ivory, lead, human and animal teeth (horse and donkey teeth were common components). |

U.S. general and first president of the United States George Washington (1732–1799) had several sets of dentures (false teeth), but none of them was made of wood. New York City dentist John Greenwood made Washington's first set of false teeth out of hippopotamus ivory to which he riveted several human teeth. |

No. His teeth were pulled out in his 20's. A dentist made false teeth out of animal teeth for him. They were very uncomfortable and he's never smiling in any of his portraits. |

As many others have answered, NO he did not. I've included a reference so you don't have to take my word for it. |
