No I did not go to preschool. I'm very very old *grin*. It wasn't available when I was that age. Mothers didn't work, and their was no need for preschool. Kindergarden was barely around. I'm a 1955 model.

Yep - Candy Cane School. At graduation, we all were announced by name and our chosen vocations said out loud by the teachers. We were questioned about this by the teachers a few days before. Anyone who answered "I don't know" to the question of what to be when we grew up was announced as a future policeman. I was one of them - I was one of 30 future policeman out of 35 kids.
Never became a cop, but never forgot this either. |
