I do not know of any Canadian banks that will accept foreign coins.
You might be better off finding someone that will be visiting Europe soon.
When travelling, it is always a good idea to use up all of your coins in the foreign country you are visiting. |

Most banks do not accept foreign coins but I would ask your bank. |

They should.
You bank should be able to convert the currency for you and deposit it to your account in Canadian Dollars. |

you have to bring them to the bank adn they will send them into there main office branch thing and will have to switch them out... i'm not sure if the bank will give you money right then, you may have to wait a few days till they know ur money is legit and they usually charge you, best bet is to go to airport and change out there |

Almost any bank in Canada will accept Euros in bills, but for coins, if the bank doesn't need them, or doesn't have an international currency desk, they might not take them. The best thing to do is to call customer service for your bank and they will be able to tell you the closest branch that will be able to accept the coins. Otherwise, you'll have to go to a currency exchange (bureau de change), but call around to those first because they often don't take coins either. That said, Euros are common enough that I don't think you'll have too much trouble. |

Sure they will... I'm from the US and the times I visit Canada, I just go to any bank and they exchange my USD for CAD. I don't see why they wouldn't do that for Euros. If not, though, try currency exchange booths in malls or airports. They usually will do it for a higher transaction fee. |
