Like, if the woman is raped, if the baby will be born with some type of disease(like Downs Syndrome), or if she is too young to have the baby, then she should get an abortion. But, if not, then it is her fault, and she shouldn't waste a human life. There are all kinds of alternative options. For example, she could put the baby up for adoption.

If you observe the courts any you can see that even they are not sure. On one hand if an unborn child is killed in a car wreck caused by a drunk driver, the mother of that child or family can sue for wrongful death, yet a mother to be can willfully enter a abortion clinic and have that child removed from her and in that process of removal is killed, yet if she changed her mind about it the next day could not sue for wrongful death. Murder is murder! But the courts and laws have always left loopholes! |

I think that abortion is the right thing to do if the child is the result of rape, if the mother's life is endangered by having a baby, or if the baby has serious birth defects such as Down syndrome.
Abortion should not be used merely as a form of birth control. There are plenty of better methods available.
Abortion clinics should not be subsidized by the government. |

Yes, it is the womans choice, if they are raped, no one should have to keep that child, and if they child is messed up in the womb, it should not be born, for the childs sake. If there is a good reason, yes you should be able to have an abortion. Also you see these young girls popping out kids for child support then the kids starve while the mom goes and buys things for her. How stupid, she should be sterril. And no one in Prizon should be able to have a baby. It is the womans right, and should always be. Women have a choice, if you want to keep it, keep it and pay for it, if you cant pay for it and still want to have it "adoption" or if you are too poor to care for yourself, and have to have an abortion, do it, that kid deserves a good life, and if you cant give it, dont have the kid. |

I use to I've had five then I looked up picures on the computer about abortion and after seeing the pics I swore I'd never have another one I now have a 15 month old son and I will never have another abortion I think they should show girls them pics before they go threw with it and more would change there minds I promise.you have to do what you feel is right I guess.I think they shouldnt do them as late as they do. |

it's an up in the air subject like if you were rapped and can't support a child then i would say yes or in a case were you can't support the child it would be better for an adoption but if wouldn't work knowing that your child is out there and doesn't know his/her own parents then yes but if your doing it just to go out and get messed up again then no it's not but i hope that helps. |
