If he chokes you, you punch him, kick him, and bite him!!! You stand up for yourself!!! NO ONE has the right to hurt you, and you have the right to defend yourself. You tell your teachers, your dean, EVERYONE. Tell your Mom or Dad, call the cops and tell them too. (that last one isnt a joke at all) Bullies are a danger to everyone and have to be stopped. I don't want you do grow up being scared.I don't even know you and I want you to be able to go to school and learn so you can be everything you want to ever be when you get older. So yell, scream, kick and fight back.
Go into school this morning and go right to the office and tell everyone there. You have the right to learn without being scared. Tell them who he is and what he has been doing to you. Also tell them when and where this happens.

Yes, in most cases you have to go to school. It is the school's responsibility to maintain a "safe learning enviroment" under educational law. Talk to the principal about this. If no action is taken by school staff, you can file a complaint or your parents can pull you out and home school you (though this may require a lawyer).
Be aware that you can press charges for Assault in most states(physical injury is illegal) or Harrasment and you don't need to put up with this BS any longer. People have pressed charges sucessfully against people who were sexually harassing or physically harming them. |

report him to a teacher, if that dosent work report him to the principal, if that dosent work mention the words 'asssult' 'harassment' and 'lawsuit' they WILL pay attention then.
If all else fails kick him in the groin everytime he chokes you. He'll get the message. |

yes. it's all part of growing up. a sheltered child is a lame child. come to think of it, even if you evade school bullies, office bullies, home bullies, government bullies are out to pick on you. so the earlier you face up to them, the better. one time or another you have to tell people that you can not forever be cowed. |

i am so sorry, aside from being homeschooled, u do have to go to school. talk to someone on the school staff. at least now the staff does everything in it's power to stop bullying, unlike 20 years ago. |

go tell i a teacher before he comes near you. or better yet today when you go to school go to the Principal's office and tell him what he does and how you fell about it and that he wont stop. trust me. I'm a teenager. and i live i Kansas. i go to john Marshall middle school. so i know i see kids getting bullied and i go help and i will tell them to go to the principal and report that boy/girl. |

of coarse you have to send your child to school.To make this short tell him to stop doing that,and ask him why he does it do i do anything to u.he just doing it cause he wants to look cool in front of his Friends or he's mentally ill.or tell your teacher,but your i would do is kick him right in the nuts ,and if it takes more than once keep doing it until he stops.By him choking you it is a crime and a serious problem SO don't be afraid to tell your teachers,or like i said kick him in the nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
