I loosen it a little before I sleep. Otherwise I end up with a watchband buckle shaped mark on my wrist.
I don't take it off, though. I tend to lose it and then not know what time it is when I wake up (the only clocks in my rom are my watch and my cellphone)

No, in fact I stopped wearing watch completely. I use my cell phone to tell time. But even if i didn't. I would suggest taking the watch off your hand. It will be good for your blood circulation. Unless you're so tired that you fall asleep and forget. Well...in that case, you have no choice but to leave the watch on.
