i don't believe in generalizing, there are gay people who are very sweet, intelligent, kind, and perfectly likable, but there could also be gay people that are mean, rude, and odious. So, i could hate a gay person, but not because of his orientation but because of his treatment to other people, and i could also love a gay person because of his personality, etc. |

Probably not. Firstly why use the word 'GAY' for? What do you imagine gay to be? Some wrist flipping sissy or lizzy or scum-bag? Do you think that any person who has had whatever relations with someone of their same sex is GAY? Absurd, that person if ever once with the opposite sex must be classed as a bi-sexual (that's male or female, the term applies equally). Now, what could be going on inside your mind is that you had some same-sex event/s and for sake of playing cover-up or coming across as straight to your peers you verbally assail that as some phony hatred toward other/s of your own bent: Makes a damn good cover-up. If so, what's the big deal if you hand your hand in it a little or a lot. Life is too short to build up a phony mountain of undue hatred, if too fretful to admit your own experiment/s, then simply do not involve yourself in such bi-sexual conversations. Step aside. Express your major fondness of roses or flowers or panties or whatever. Set aside your self-created hatred; it does you nor anybody else any benefit, I'M SURE I'M Advising you best answer.
