Our body is a complex chemical engine. Hormones produced by teh testes and ovaries play a significant role in this. Without them, we have problems.
Also, without the ability to reproduce our existence quickly come to an end. |

People that undergo sex change also don't have the original, functioning, reproductive stuff, and they survive. |
