As much as you hate your job it is better to keep it and start looking for another job. Once you have found another job then quit. Thats the best thing to do. But if you really hate your job and would rather be a bum then quit. Make sure you start looking for another job immediately so that you dont end up being a bum!! My best friend couldnt stand her job and she hated it a lot and she just quit without anything to fall back on. She started looking for a job almost immediately and went for interviews. She now has another job. She was jobless for 1 week. |

find another job first! Even if it is not the job of your dreams, having some finances is a must while you continue to look for something else. Be active in looking for something better |

Maybe you can get into something else gradually. I'm on my way to quit my current profession and to get into something else my self. I'm approaching forty now, so it's getting late, but, I believe that if you wanna be really happy you have to do something about it. Good luck to ya! |

find another job that interests you more and that has the hours that are more suitable to your life style, then QUIT the job that is making you miserable.....but dont just quit with nothing at all as its not very nice having no money or a roof over your head.. good luck |
