Well I did'nt really realise till now.Thanks for opening my eyes.Well I do help the poor whenever I get the chance.It is so true we are really lucky that we are blessed.Not only that there are so many people who dont know God till now.I'm so glad I've got to know him at such an early age.Hes the best thing I have in my life.I really wish I could save all the unbelievers & Hindus in my area.Its so sad that they dont know who God really is.

You're special and I just want to take this time to write, however awkward it may be on this site. I'm thinking about getting on the 360 site but I am having so much fun and really learning so much on Yahoo answers...You are special and God loves you..I have four girls, ages 37,32,22 and 16 and they are from my now divorced life but God has given me so many chances. The last one was the wreck I had back in 2002 which left me "dis-abled" with a broken neck, shoulder dis-placed and broken ribs. But thank God, He did spare my life probably where I could have this testimony. I do like to get people kinda "stirred-up", that way , I really get their view, although sometimes it is insulting and causes me to use "dirty" words but most of these people are SO negative, It's no wonder the world is in the shape it's in !!! But anyway, it makes my day to "talk" to someone who has a good head on their shoulders !!! You can tell I'm kinda "country" but I love it !!....Take care and you will learn more as we go !!! I don't want to give out much information because I don't want any "spam" from some of these people !!!....Have a great day and pray for us !!!..."longjohn" |

Everyday, I'm a little older than you and have seen a few hard times in my life. But, thank God, I am a very BLESSED woman. I have a wonderful husband, who you all know as "Longjohn", a good job, a family and extended family that loves me. And I always try my best to help others. |

Yes, I do. After serving over 23 years in the U.S. Army and being all over the world, I realize how very fortunate I am to be in America. God truly does bless America. Thank you to all the soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines who protect us and ou way of life. |

OK, I can really see your point, but if you have computer (or me for example) that doesn't mean you are happier than those who don't have computers. I believe that happiness is not about having something or not (especially money) it is about love and support you receive from other people and about the love you are able to give to other people. That's all that matters - LOVE. |

I do think of that most of the time.Whenever i wake up in the morning i always thank God for the breath of life for waking me up and for giving my chance for doing my worth for the day. I always thank God for everything. Yes, seeing those who are in need makes you question why is it some wealthy people can spend huge money for some luxurious things without even knowing that a lot will be help for the huge money they invested on unnecessary things,isn't it shameful that others spend most of their money on unnecessary things and not thinking on what they can do for others who are in need for their help...Just like for example, those actresses and actors who spent a huge amount on their weddings just to show to the people that they can spend grandest for the occasion why cant they celebrate it with God and make it just simple...It's very annoying that they can spend a lot of money just for one day and they cannot spend a lt for those who are in need. Me, i always make it a blessing whenever i helped people who are in need. I find happiness every time i get some smiles being with them, no gratitude needed...God bless. |

I remeber everyday, I actually am so worried about homelessness and poverty of those who need money that i started a fundrasier in my school. I think that we, those who can help, should. I drop a dollar whenever I can into the salavtion army, I donate money from my fundrasier to homeless shelters. I have felt in my heart that we need to do more to help other.

i have always believe it doesnt matter how poor or how rich you are every one is different and leads different lives, it really comes down to are you happy with yourself, poor people can be just as blessed and happy as people with money, some people choose to live like a begger, scamming people, they could be rich we dont know. Everyone is lucky in their own way, because there is always someone worst off than them, as i said, it is how you handle life and how you let it get to you and what you do with it, only you can choose how you want to live. sometimes we need every now and then to stand back and take a look at ourselves and realise life is not that bad and yes we are lucky |
