I say God Bless to anyone that sneezes, even strangers. |

Yes, regardless of whether I know the person. |

No. What gives me the right to presume what people believe? Why should I behave according to beliefs that others may hold?
A far better answer is listed as a source. |

I say "Bless you" when one of my friends or family sneezes. I just don't feel comfortable saying it around strangers. |

Yes. I even say "God bless me." when I sneeze. |

People say "bless you" because when you sneeze your heart stops. I say it just to be polite even if I don't know them. |

I never tried. Now I will try and let you know in due course |

Absolutely not. It's an age-old saying based on the belief that a sneeze is evidence of the soul leaving the body. I don't like it when people say it to me...and I don't say it to friends or strangers. I recommend being polite, excusing yourself, and moving on. |

"Sure", in this day and age we need more positive interaction. It does not hurt anything. And if they do not like it so what you will not see them again. But just maybe you will leave a good impression on them. Go for it.
God Bless:) |

No and no. It's based on old beliefs that have no relevance today. I believe in the power of prayer, but in this case, it's wasted. Save your "blessings" for other things. |
