Dead people aren't so bad - it's the live ones you gotta watch out for!
When I was doing my internship in the hospital shadowing all sorts of doctors, the pathologist seemed like a perfectly normal guy. We chatted over uteruses and colons he was dissecting in the morgue the same way you and I might have a chat at a restaurant - no biggie. I'm sure that enough exposure to the dead will make you more comfortable.
If you really have the inclination to be a doctor, I hope this isn't so much of a problem that it gets in the way of your dream. Good luck out there! :)

Doctors do not get mental when they see dead people. In real life, doctors have very very little exposure to dead people. Doctors deal with the living and keeping people alive! You need to enter medical school and see how you do in your first couple of semesters. That will give you an idea of how you'll handle yourself.
