Duh. Perhaps you mean executed? Prosecuted just means they would be tried and punished for their crime, and I think everyone agrees sex offenders are criminals that ought to be brought to justice. Executed (killed by the state) is a whole other story.

Absolutely! Unfortunately, in my area, they don't stay incarcerated anywhere near long enough!! And, when they get out, their parole officers don't keep tabs on them as well as they should! (Sorry for not being general, but I've had to deal with this sort of thing with my daughter.) I think they (sex offenders) should be shipped away so they can't offend again. Fact is, once they have offended, they'll do it again, even if it takes years to give in to that behavior.
