yes you do. when it comes to your well being you have total freedom of speech and it is a crime to prevent it. when it comes to controling your life you have freedom of speech but it's not worth the breath it cost if you don't have a sympathetic adult willing to help. unless it's how smart you want to be, then you won't have to tell anybody!! |

You have no rights until you reach the age of 18. Sorry, but that is the way it is. |

You have the right to remain silent.
Free speech is a tricky thing - it can get you into lots of trouble. Learn tact asap and you will have better success in life, most likely. But until you are of legal independent status as an adult or emancipated minor, your parents or guardians rule how much freedom they allow you to have.
And remember the word written by Kris Kristoffersen and immortalized by Janis Joplin:
"Freedom's just another word for nothing left to lose." |

Everyone does (supposedly)For example, when you talk in school you get in trouble although you have the right of freedom of speech. Then you tell them and you get in more trouble. |

Most people do not deserve it because they abuse it. |

Not in the home, the home is a sanctuary of your parents, they set the rules and you obey them, they are paying for it so it is their right to set the rules. |

It really depends on what subject and in what context. A 15 year old doesn't really have the freedom of speech in their home either as the parents have the ultimate say. |

Haha--until you're emancipated you're a slave, buddy. That means you're property until you turn 18 or get married. Sorry. Property doesn't have a whole lot of rights. |

You are an individual. But the world sees you as a kid. You can stand up for yourself when you need to but, respect authority. If its political you'll have to get your parents to back you or some other adult Representative. |

Yes but to a certain level always remembering that you do have to respect and watch how and to who you speak your mind to. |

Does your Momma tell you yo shut up all the time? I yes, then you don't have any rights until you're 18. Then you can rant and rave as much as you want... |

It depends on what's going on and your not disrespecting an elder. If you are telling the truth you should be heard,If someone is hurting you,you should be heard. If you're having a problem you should be heard. |
