I'm torn... I had AT&T two months before they became Cingular and I loved their service, and I haven't switched my plan over to Cingular for a complicated reason.
Now Cingular will not let me keep my old phone number. My parents live in Austin and I live in Dallas and our AT&T service allowed us to have mixed are codes. Cingular will force us to have just one are code whenever I switch. |

yes, customer service sucks, i have a family plan from cingular, and i wanted to have internet access in my phone, and they putted the internet access in the other phone line, and now i have to pay more money just because they messed up. |
