Go to the bank with the 5 100s and tell them you want it in ones. Bring a big pocket it is quite a stack.
One time my friend was having problem with GMAC when trying to buy a truck for cash. He went to the bank and exchanged the full cash price from the window sticker to pennies and took them to the dealer. And by law the dealer had to accept the pennies as payment. Stuck it to them ha ha |

The bank can usually get your cash in whatever bills you like. However, many banks only keep so much in certain bills around and try to keep most change for their business customers, but if you call your bank ahead of time, they will usually accommodate you. |

You would probably have to cash your cheque and then go to the bank. They might not cash that much in to singles so maybe go to a couple of banks. |

However $500 in $1 dollar bills and even worse
in pennies would be pretty heavy carrying around
in your wallet, pocket and or purse. |
