Yes. Currently it is 90 cents. Also, you must get stamps that have numbers on them (no ones that say "First Class" or a while back they had ones that said "E", etc.). Be sure to write on the envelope "air mail" and "par avon" ("air mail" in French) to ensure that it is sent via air and not sea (about a 3 month trip). |

Yes it does. To send letters in the U.S. it is $0.41. But to send letters international it depends what country you are sending the letter to, also requires a certain type of postage and they also go by the weight of the letter. Keep note it can also take much longer for the letter to get to the person you are sending it too international unless you get it rushed, or priority. |

Good question, but I don't think so, I sent a Christmas card to someone in Italy, but it was an army address. You'd get a more accurate answer by going to the post office to send it. |
