I think that the united states do not have an official language. this country is not officially from any one so i think that every language is fine to speak as long as the one you are talking to understands it.

The US has no official language. Although the main language spoken is English followed by Spanish. Neither one is the official language which causes for a huge debate on wheither or not everything needs to be in just one language. For example the Citizen test is completely in English. SO to be a full citizen, you must speak English.
