DONT send it.
Report it to paypal.
Try and cancel the transaction and post it on ebay again? |

sounds like a common scam - report her to eBay asap and don't mail the laptop - you will most likely have to repost it and sell it again - |

Don't send it to her and don't accept payment. Tell her the answer is no sale to her. It was in the listing and she should not have bid. block bidders from countries you don't sell to. You can say that you only ship to confirmed addresses. Don't do otherwise. OK you can refund her money if you want and don't send. Otherwise it's up to you. Send it and wash your hands of it. If you are really unsure just refund her money and relist the item. Tell her you only ship to confirmed addresses. You can do this. |

Keep the laptop and report her. DONT send it to Nigeria. Postage will be huge, and the recipient will have to pay an import duty as well. If they don't pay it, the laptop will be returned to you, and you don't get the postage back. Also in my experience, much of what you try to send to Africa is stolen (even things of little value), so don't even think about it. She can buy a laptop in USA. |

I sure wouldn't mail it to Nigeria. In fact, I think I would just forget the whole thing and relist it. This time in your description say you will only ship to a Paypal Confirmed address. |

Same thing happened to me. Only thing you can do is report the buyer for what its worth. And repost your add on ebay. Ebay will give you a credit for your original post since it was a scam. You have to contact them about it though. |

Re list it and tell her she did not abide by what was listed for sending it off. I think she is trying to scam you. I know someone who lost over $1000 on ebay or scam bay. And ebay did no0thing to help them get their money back even though they say they back everyone who is on their site. I wish someone else would start a site like ebay and actually stick by the people who are on it. They would ruin ebay. |

If she hasn't paid then you should send her a message asking her when she is going to pay. Have you made somewhere on your listing when they need to pay by? If she doesn't pay in some amount of time then report her as and unpaid buyer. For your protection you should only accept confirmed address. Seems like to me she's trying to rip you off. Never ship unless you get paid first! If that doesn't happen you can always give a second chance offer! |

I'm a seller on Ebay, and ive encountered this problem many times. Firstly DONOT send anything until the payment has reached your paypal account and has cleared so give it a few more days before even thinking of posting it.
If you did state that it was UK post only then this was a term that the buyer should have noted and realised when they agreed to buy the item.
You can either state this again asking for an alternative UK address or if you want to adjust your postage terms and costs and then proceed to post the item after payment has reached you.
In my personal opinion this buyer sounds a bit dodgey!!!
I would take this item off and relist it again, and also give this buyer VERY bad feedback warning other of their dirty antics!!!. time will tell and i hope you sort it out.
Hope my advice helps

It sounds suspicious. If the buyer hasn't paid I would request through eBay to amicably stop the transaction. She is changing the rules that you put out there. If it is null then you get backyour listing and final value fees. Re-list your laptop and make it clear where you will ship. |

Forget about it. You've been scammed. Re-list it and this time don't accept buyers from another country. I once placed an advertisement to seel an expensive bicycle in the newspaper and gave my email address to respond to. I received 55 replies. Only two of them were genuine. All of the scams were from Africa, wanting to pay by check/wire transfer, etc., but they wanted me to ship the bicycle immediately. |

Dont send it there. You as the seller control where you want to send the package, if your listing clearly states that you will only send to Place A, then the buyer cannot say, send it to Place B. So I would contact the seller and let them know your situation. Nigeria sounds like a scam to me, so dont send it. If ebay gets involved, they would have to side with you because that is what you said in your listing. Just follow proper procedures and you will be fine. |

Just let her know that if she does not pay with in the next couple days that you will report her to ebay. That's all you really can do. If she doesn't abide by the instructions in your listing, then she will be penalized. |

if you see the word Nigeria associated with a problem with payment, run a mile. leave negative feedback and relist the item is all you can really do sadly |

Don't send it to Nigeria its a scam. |

Even though the buyer has sent you payment now, it is still a scam. Do not post the laptop to Nigeria!
After you send the laptop, the buyer will claim it was never received. Even if you have proof of shipment, PayPal frequently gives the money back to the buyer. You will lose your laptop and the payment. Unless you are positive you qualify for eBay seller protection on this listing, you should stay way from this buyer. Even if you do qualify for seller protection it will be a big hassle... I wouldn't post the item to Nigeria.
You can also sell your laptop on MarketWall UK:
http://marketwall.com/uk
MarketWall is free. You can sell your laptop to somebody in your local area. The best way to avoid scams is to sell to people near you. Insist on collection and a cash transaction. |

Repost it and leave her a bad feedback. She obviously can't follow directions. |
