Having some problems myself. A non paying bidder from Portugal for £30 and a sale closed by ebay because the account was hijacked. this on top of the fact selling on ebay is getting tougher.
they better watch out or their success story might begin to fade if it hasn't already. |

You'll only get money back from Paypal if the seller has funds in their account. They certainly don't pursue it elsewhere if the account has been emptied...
I've had a similar experience and was digusted at Paypal/ebay's stance. |

It hasn't happened to me yet.
When did you purchase? your recent purchases will be shown in "My Ebay" under items i've won - you may need to adjust period.
Providing you can get item number you can claiom up to £105 back through paypal protection. You can always get the item number by logging into paypal and checking your history |

There are thousands and thousands of sellers on ebay. Very few are crooked and sadly, they do have their victims. The seller may not have closed their account, it may have been closed by ebay or it may have been hijacked. Fire your claims with both ebay and paypal. If you paid via paypal, the record will be there. |

This did happen to me, my goods did not arrive but because I payed with pay pal I was covered. This really pis*ed me off and I never bought any thing else again from e bay.That was 2 years ago. |

I ahd this,someone bought a pc on my paypal account.I reported it to paypal and after a lengthy process i did get my money back. |

first time i have heard of this
there are plenty of scammers out there and i have had the misfortune of wrangling with 3 of them and they all originated from nigeria,but lucky enough i have not lost any items or money to these scumbag thieves |
