Spring !!! Because down here in the south, it marks the end of all this funny winter weather. And the air is fresh and new and we can plant our gardens and grow some red, juicy, vine ripened tomatos. Slice them thick and put them in a homemade biscuit with lots of Dukes mayonnaise and plack pepper and salt !!! Hmmmmm....I can just taste them now. My mouth is watering all over my key pad !!! Now, I'll have to clean this up !!!
