Spent a lot more time outside, got a lot more done. Looked up things in dictionaries and encyclopedias when I wanted the answer. Didn't even watch TV because there weren't so many channels available. |

Talked all over the world on Ham Radio. Built electronic stuff from Heath Kits. When I was a kid me and my friends rode our bicycles down to the library and checked out electronic books. :) |

I had an Atari 800XL computer system, complete with the state-of-the-art floppy disk drive. I played Pole Position a lot and learned my first programming language on that thing. Those were the days. |

I dont know if it was around before me or not. probably, but I used to watch/play videogames with my brothers a lot and the occasional first generation jepardy for the PC. Once I attempted to use the comp to type out a play restaraunt menu. I spent hours with my friend using my 20 key/min uber skill, and somehow got it deleted before we could print it. I was so mad I refused to even look at the compy for a looong time lol =) |
