u have to be very careful with sending in money first bcuz i know someone who twice on ebay sent in money and nvr got the items they paid for!!!!! If u send money do it by western union or possibly one by the post office, that way it can be tracked and u know if it was cashed or not and by who. |

Ebay is a Place that allowes Commerce. Paying with Money orders is Risky, but if its a must then, it is reccomended that you chat with the person over a phone or email or anyway to get ahold of them.

But Like always in any transaction, you give the will to buy first you pay second, then they give you the product last.
a money order is no different.
but to Secure the contract. Your ebay must say "You Have Won this Item" this will give you limited Rights to the transaction. so you can argue your case publically if somthing happens.
