ok take the 100.% move the decimal over two place it times it by 6 and then add the number you get to the 6 which 6*1 in 6 so 6+6+=12 |

12.00 per item, and you would need to sell at least 5,000 units @ 12 dollars each to pay the two workers their salary. Hope that helps you. |

I need to know the average number of items you sell per month. However, whatever the number is you can make your calculation as follows:
If average number of items sold per month = y
and desired price = x,
then considering salary expenses you can make 100% profit only if:
xy=$12000
Solve for x and sell each item at $x.
This means, the fewer the items you sell per month, the higher the selling price.
Note however that there is a limit to which you can hike your price except when you have no competitor & the item is highly sought for. Good luck on that! |
