Well, I think there are 2 things you can do. 1) You can approach her and tell her exactly how you are feeling. 2) Think about her offenses if there something you want to continue to deal with it, or do without. This is something you have to really think how valuable your friendship with her is to you.

I would stay friends with her but be on your guard about how much you let her know (don't share stuff you don't want other people to find out about.) But if she is that nasty when she's your friend, you'll just cause more drama by burning the bridge.
