here are my choices:
a) I go to my art show that i've been preparing for weeks for. Everyone submits stuff, some of my friends bands come in and play, there's food....big-social-worked-hard-for-good-... event
time: 4-8
OR
b) Go to the babysitting job i promised i would go to, make the money i kinda need.
time: 3-9
OR
c) Try and find a friend or one of my sisters to babysit from like 3-5pm while i stick around for some of the show then i come back and still earn some money.

Well which did you promise to do first babysit or go to the art show? It sounds like this art show doesn't happen too often. You can always babysit and make money. But like I said before, if you said you were going to babysit first, then do the babysitting. If you said you were going to attend the art show first, then do that. I hope this helps. |

PICK! option C because then you can really have it your way at least you saw the show and appeared. Then on the other hand you also made the money you wanted to make. So with option C you are doing the two things you wanted and needed to do!!!! |

I'd go for the money. Unless its the bands first time playing? I just had to miss my second art show down in Philly, last year we got to go to an opera, the Philly museum, and a billion other things, including having a huge bed in a hotel room, to myself! with a full wall window overlooking a lake *squeal remembering* oh yeah, and I won 120$ for my watercolor, AND sold it for 100$ go figure, it only took 5 minutes to do xp.
BUT....
this year my mom needed help cleaning up the yard, I promised her If help, before I knew the date of the show. I don't know what the art club did this year, but I helped my mom out, keeping promises, or prearranged appointments, is more important. |

Think, how much money will you make babysitting? If the money you will make out weighs the fun you will have then babysit, if not go with your friends. |

Gosh, I hate to see you miss the art show. I hope you have arranged for a crew to clean up after the event. I agree with "C". Ask the people you are babysitting for if this is acceptable to them, ask you sister to fill in for a couple of hours and earn some money too. Maybe use some of the babysitting money to buy a calendar so you don't have to be in two places at the same time again. Have Fun. You sound like a responsible young lady. |

choice c, this way you get to go to your art show for the time, then go baby sit and make extra money, check with the peopel your sitting for first to see if its ok to havea substitue until u get back!!! |
