Has anyone gotten into a physical fight before?

For an example.You are at some party,somone messes with you so you punch him then he punches you then a physical fight happens.Has anything close to that, happen to you?

When I was younger, it hasn't happened in years.

I've been in several. After you've been in one, half of the fear is gone. However, you'll always be scared no matter what. The pain during a fight is not so bad as your adrenaline kicks in but you'll feel it later. A broken nose is not that bad but your fists will hurt more than anything. The worst thing you can do is hesitate and not fight back. Sometimes just putting up a fight is enough stop it and makes the other person think twice before starting one with you again. I've seen a lot people start fights, get in a good sucker punch or two and then walk away like they won rather than finishing it. Always try to finish it if the other person does this. My fear when in a fight is not being able to stop because the the rage and love of the adrenaline usually takes over. That fear keeps me at bay but not some.

My brother-in-law punched a guy square in the face for calling my sister a ***** and threatening to hit her. With one hit the guy was knocked unconscience and his face was fractured in several places. The guy was hospitalized for 5 weeks. My brother-in-law went to jail for 6 months and paid over $30,000 in restitution. He missed the birth of his son and it placed a big financial burden the family they just started.

Either way both of them lost out. I would have rather been punched in the face in that case. It's best to avoid but sometimes loud mouth punks in high school need to put in their place. If at a party, watch out for their friends. If he/she starts it there, make it clear you want a fair one-on-one fight. Most of the time, the crowd will keep it fair.

Yep. I have. Plenty of times. And everytime, I come out only bruised... can't say that much for the other person, though.

No, but did I ever get into a mental fight the other day. I was exhausted but finally managed to think.

yes in high school..... And I kick her a**..... I made sure that she through the first punch, then I made sure you'd NEVER do it again to me or others... She never did try crap with me again..... But if at all possibly try to walk away... As a parent I have to tlel you that.....

yeah years ago but now i'm too old so i just use a 357
