I raised a dispute in paypal which was decided in my favour however they were unable to get my money back from the seller. They've said they'll continue to try but I'm still out of pocket (I bought the item through ebay in August!!) |

I had a dispute, i eventually got my money back but the seller did bounce two cheques one me, the final one cleared. but everyone i know who has had to open one has got thier money back. I think you have to wait a certain amount of time before you can open one tho. |

You are very likely to get your money back. When a seller signs up with PayPal they agree to the Terms and Conditions. These terms include a clause that specifies that the onus is on them (the seller) to be able to prove that they have posted items to you e.g. by registered post or special delivery. If they cannot prove this then they will lose the dispute. If the seller does not respond to the dispute then they will automatically lose. Go for it! |

I raised a dispute regarding an item never sent, no emails were answered and I got a full refund so can't really fault that system to date. |

I got my money back this way, it can take a while (up to 60 days) but you should get your money back, if you've any problems you can contact there customer service team who are really helpful. |

i stopped using escam sorry i mean eBay, i found that i can get things cheaper and without hassle by shopping around, i know this takes time and effort but you do get to meet a lot of people and there is always someone out there who knows where to get what, good luck on either getting your item or your money back. |

paypal works pretty good at resolving stuff like that and I got my money back.
If you pay with a credit card which would be the wisest through paypal, even if they deny your claim you can then take it up with issue with your credit card issuer who will then fight for you. |

i bought some thing of there and never received it either so i put a dispute on him to but i only got £1.47 back from £10 because there was nothing left in the blokes account but every situation is different as she might have the money in hers |
