I have. It's a SCAM! Not that I have replied to it, but it is a SCAM. I'm sorry I cannot find the article about it anymore. I will look and post if I find it. |

As a matter of fact, I can help you. Just send me your bank account information, social security number, copies of your birth certificate and drivers license. I will make sure that the attorney in Nigeria or what ever sends you everything that your are entitled to. |

You shouldn't have to prove any thing....because it's a scan e-mail......we all get these junk mail every day....and i don't know how people make there living by playing with people like this.....
Best wishes and good luck |

Get the lawyers deets and 411.
Check the law book to see if they are listed. Every state/prov has a book that lists all the practicing lawyers.

don't bother. A real attorney would have a way of finding legal heirs, it isn't that hard. It's a scam. |

yes I have, and it was for overseas. I never responded, and in fact I did some research on the person.
My aunt fell into that trap, and now she is in debt by thousands of dollars, borrowing money from us and others to pay for the "transaction" to take place. |

Don't touch it. |

Forget the "attorney." They are far more likely to send a notice by certified mail and actually sign for it on their office letterhead.
Otherwise, it is a joke. |
