llllllllllollllllllllll if u gained any weight after the baby try reducing it by doing some exersice. i heard yoga can make u lose alot of fat make u stronger and help u keep it off in at very short time lets say some weeks.

Sex does not make you fat, as it is an aerobic exercise that increases the heart rate. So, unless you are using a whole lot of whipped cream and chocolate, I would not worry about it. |

I have never heard of sex making you fat?! From what i understand, having sex is like performing some kind of aerobic excercise, and it actually helps to reduce the fat on your and your partners body. so physically, sex can ber very healthy for you. |

Where did you hear that? Sex is exercise and exercise is healthy and keeps you in better shape. Sex also improves the complexion and emotional outlook. It releases endorphines. People with an active sex life live longer, happier, healthier lives. |

wow i do not know who fed you that line of bs but let me clarify this for you. unless you lay there like a corpse sex is a very good work out. It raises you heartbeat boosts meabloism and in many cases makes you break a sweat. These are all things that make you burn calories which leadss to loosing weight! So go on out there and get your freak on w no worries! If sex made you fat then the whole world would be full of alot of fat people!!!! |

That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Don't believe everything you hear. Sex actually does the opposite. now I am not proposing that you go sex people up as a weight watching program, but unless you get pregnant or don't clean up properly you aren't going to gain any weight. |

Indulging in fattening foods AFTER, or before sex--or anytime for that matter--can make you fat, but not sex. As I hinted at the start, having sex can make you PREGNANT, if you're female, but not fat, per se. The best way to lose weight is the old fashioned way: avoid sweets and increase exercise. |

It was proven in a recent health report that sex can make you fat if you have it a lot of it. All of the juices from sex can eventually give you water weight like when you get pregnant. But if you are an occasional nympho you can burn fat because sex is a cardio exercise which can make you lose weight. |
