When you have a headache like that, try standing under the shower in the hottest water you can stand. Let it run on the back of your neck. And about 6 advil if your stomach can take it.

Excedrin works the best and the fastest and the longest for me. My husband also loves it. He suffers from migraine and if he takes excedrin soon enough, he prevents a full on a attack.
