Your first call should be the police to report them stolen. I'm sure they will have dealt with similar circumstances before and be able to point you in the right direction. |

Someone will have it on record somewhere Just send off to usual places they will have to send you one their fault if they lost your records, they will have to rectify it or face embarrassment. As for the passport report it stolen and apply for a new one will have to pay again though :) |

are you american? if so you can go to the state/city/ town(local government agency)you were born in and they will have it on file. hospitals do not keep that kind of thing. you should report your passport stolen. i don't know which agency, sorry |

Just go and have a police report. Go there with your siblings or parents who can vouch for you. Or if you have and emplyee pass, bring that along. Having a police report will enable you to make new passport. Or if you have driving license, or student card etc ..it will help.

jsut type in "passport" under search yahoo...your local gov. agency should come up 1st. there is a form you can print out for a lost or stolen passport. then you need to find out where is the closest passport agency (should be on the same website) this happened to my boyfriend and surprisingly it was not too big of a deal. |

If you have to go back to the hospital at which you were born and the passport needs to be replaced at the post office. You will need to make sure they are both already notified along with the police that the documents were stole to help prevent identity theft. |

Maybe you can contact the Social Security Administration, and the nearest American Embassy or Consulate |

Report it stolen to the autothority, and see what they can do and go get u another one from a post office they can get u one. |

So no one has the original birth certificate? That seems odd, what did the hospital say? Do they have a record of your birth? What about the hall of records? Do they have no paperwork on you? |

I belive it you go on the internet you can obtain a copy of your birth certificate from some where, Everyone's birth is on record it does not just get thrown away! |
