Get busy girlfriend!!! I am talking get involved in anything. Turn your negative energy to positive. Suicide is not the answer. You were put here for a reason. Without you, your task cannot be completed and that could involve affecting a lot of people you have not even met yet. Counseling should be an option if you are really serious about wanting help. I have lost family to suicide and its so painful for the ones you leave behind. I can't help my brother who left this world in 2001, but if I had a second chance this is what I would tell him. "I know it seems you were dealt a bad hand in life. But "we" can get threw this, together. Let me help you, you are not alone. I know you think leaving this world is the answer and the people around you would be better off. That is so far from how it is. You have a very important role here and you can't leave yet. We love you and care about you more than we tell you and for that we are wrong. Leaving is only permitting the ones you love to cop out when things get bad with them. Please don't leave that message for your family or friends. Lean on me and never, ever give up." |

Even though you don't like counselors, that may be your best bet. You may also want to talk to a doctor about anti-depression medications. Depression is a treatable illness. Please seek professional help. Suicide is not an option. It only leaves heartache behind. |

Have you spoken to your parents about how you feel? Do you have any sisters, brothers, or cousins you can trust? How about your close friends?
Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Please don't try it; you deserve better. You have PLENTY to contribute, so don't give up now. People will ALWAYS gossip about you; it doesn't matter if you do good things or bad things. In the long run, it does not matter what people say about you, because they don't really know you, do they? So, just learn to ignore what people say about you, and enjoy your life. |

Sweetheart, everyone at some time or other has felt the way you are feeling. There comes a point in your life that you have to find the direction in which you were meant to go. It wasn't until I read[parts]of the bible that my life started to come together. I finally decided that there was more to life than what I was going through. I decided I wanted to know just who this Jesus was -who could deliver me from adversity, so I just started to read the[ruberic]red colored words[what Jesus said]in the Bible. No one can tell someone How Great the Lord is, but rather how he can change your life. I'm not one for writing so much to strangers, but I also believe God has a purpose for me writing to you right now. As for GOSSIP the word[Bible] says it's wrong. The tounge has the power of life and death[ it means- take you for example, if everyone were to tell you to just end your life, they'd leave you so depressed, you might really do it!] On the other hand, I can tell you there is always a way OUT, and there is great light at the Beginning of any life that takes hold of what GOD has to say, especially when we apply it to our lives. Ask any believer in Jesus, and they will tell you how much Christ has changed their life. [I will pray for you to find our Lord and Saviour]. May you find the peace that passes all understanding. Pray to God. He will help you go trough all of this. HE is the best councilor. And don't worry cause the Bible says The last part of Psalms 53:11 says:"but the mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped." The Bible never lies so ask God to help you and close the mouth of those gossips and liars. |

hi polarbear :) you seem like a very nice girl. people gossip about everything and everyone. people who do this are afraid themselves and mostly insecure. they fear being the center of gossip themselves. and so try to control it by doing it on others. real good people do not need anything to gossip about!! do you have a best friend? why don't you face those stupid people cooly with a smile -because they are so ignorant! trust me. there's many many nice people /friends around who don't judge you by your nationality!!!!! and by the way, and hey, are you living in america? i ask because i wonder what should be so scary of knowing a girl from iran?? i want to tell u one thing. i am swiss. and from what i know, iranian girls or better women are mostly adored for being more special than others. don't only think yourself of being from iran.. but :-) be proud of it!! in your home-country, there's many many nice modern young people around (it is known to every educated european that iran is a modern country - at least if it comes to the people themselves - politics is so different. but better watch the u.s. :) do you believe everybody loves american politics? no!!! but still the people are different)

and what looks strangest to me - the u.s. have such strict anti-rassicm laws and all this stupid stuff. they are soo picky on this. but when it comes to nationals like you (or so so many others, believe me) they freak out ;) stupid, no? what if you talked to a teacher of yours or.. a sister, brother? this things will pass. you will become more independent from these (stupid) opinions and be strong.

Don't despair. There are Billions of people who are in a much worse situation than you.
Ignorant people should never be able to get the better of you. You are too intelligent for that. You know that you can just ignore them.
I often feel exactly the same as you. (apart from the Iranian bit) I try not to let it get to me. It's no-where near as bad as it used to be.
No point in seeking professional help either. Just a bunch of quacks. There is very little science involved in the pyschiatric industry.

well I feel you ahve to find some aim in your life... persue somethign which you like.. change the group meet new people. Every individual is different and you will definately find good people around. Trust me once you have good people around youw ill like to live your life to fullest.
Those people who gossip about you.. just think of them as they never existed for you... you dont need such people. God has given you this life cause there is some motive to it. He never does anything without a reason, just try to find your reason and take every moment of frustration as a motivation to fight it out.
