Email the admin with your pertinent info and they will get back to you asap. I was originally scheduled to receive 1100.00, but now my amount is over 1800.00!!! I just need to get it here soon so my bank can clear it before Christmas!

I sent an email to the Julie Johnson email posted here yesteday and recieved an email today stating I would get about $600 more than the original min amount was due to me. I am actually receiving two settlements as I re-financed with them. I am thinking I am the only one who didn't know or was too stupid to know Ameriquest was ripping people off. I didn't know a thing about the lawsuit until this past summer when I received the documents to sign. This is the email sent to me today:
You do qualify for payment on 2 loans. You will receive one check with a combined amount of $X,XXX.XX.
Checks will mail December 14, 2007.

Yes, I did get an amount like Michael K when I did email the Administrator. Seems like the amounts are considerably more than the minimum amounts...which is good news. Noticed to day on thier website, new information posted as to the mailing of the checks..they should all be out today. Merry Christmas to all...lets put Ameriquest behind us. |

I emailed the administrator and asked for the amount, I got a response in two days. I, in Michigan, am getting $200.00 more than the min. I hope everyone knows they have to put their name and address in the email. I know a lot of people need this money for Christmas and I am happy for us all. It may not be much for some but I am thankful for it.
UPDATE: People are posting that they have received their checks yesterday (Sat.). I am sooooo excited I may get mine tomorrow or Tue. |

Just got an email from J Johnson and mine is for 100 more than the minimum. im getting 331.00 Still doesnt help with the fact they apprasied my house 20,000 more than its worth

I just received an email from Rust Consulting. I had sent it yesterday afternoon. She told me that all checks will go out tomorrow and she told me that I was getting $750 which is more than what my minimum was on the letter - $600 so just send them an email and they will respond with your amount or just wait patiently and be surprised when you finally do get your check! |
